Movement is medicine for our body. Our morning movement will provide physical support for the day’s activities. During meditation we will set intentions for the upcoming experiences. We will come together again in the evening to wrap up the day and prepare your minds and bodies for rest and renewal. Korurua Dijiwa has a beautiful Yoga Chalet where we will host our movement and meditation. There will be some days, we will have local guest instructors to lead us in movement and meditation.

Balinese Cuisine

Food is a language we all understand, which connects us to each other and the cultures we are exploring. Local chefs will prepare breakfast with produce from farms nearby. For lunch, we will stop at restaurants showcasing a variety of local cuisine. Part of Indonesian cuisine, it demonstrates indigenous traditions, as well as influences from other Indonesian regional cuisine, Chinese and Indian.

Fall in love with Balinese food as it feeds the belly and the soul.
