New Zealand North and South Island Details coming soon!

Join us for 9 days/10 nights on the beautiful North and South Islands of New Zealand. New Zealand has an amazing range of breathtaking scenery, from beaches and subtropical forests in the North to glaciers, lakes, and snow-covered mountains in the South. There are also fjords, volcanoes, hot springs, and beautiful rolling green pastures, a diversity like no other place on earth. Whether you’re a thrill-seeker or tired soul in search of rejuvenation, New Zealand has something for you. Are you ready for an epic adventure?

ACCOMMODATIONS

We will be staying at 4 star hotels in Rotorua, on the North Island and Queenstown, on the South Island. The hotels offer a wide range of services and if you’d like to explore, they are located walking distance to town. During your free time enjoy the gym, lake activities, full service restaurant, and so much more.

Movement and Meditation

We will be moving our body daily throughout our New Zealand adventures. Every morning we will have a meditation that will prepare us for the day and we will set intentions for our upcoming experiences. We will come together again in the evening to wrap up the day with some gentle movement and meditation to help prepare your minds and bodies for rest and renewal.

Farm to Table Cuisine

Kiwis love their food because it is fresh, diverse, and delicious! Traditional New Zealand cooking relies heavily on seasonal local produce and is primarily an agricultural economy that derives its food from both land and sea. While in New Zealand, we will explore local markets and restaurants to try the traditional cuisine. This is the main reason we did not include lunch and dinners in our retreat package. Breakfast and two of our dinners are included in the retreat package. All diets and food allergies can be accommodated.
